Football Federation League
The Pakistan Football Federation League ( ur, پاکستان فٹ بال فیڈریشن لیگ ; abbreviated: PFFL), also known as the 'B' Division League, is a Pakistani semi-professional league for men's association football departments and clubs which are in the Pakistan football league system, and is the country's second-tier semi-professional football competition. Contested by 18 departments and clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the top-tier Pakistan Premier League. Each season, the two top-finishing teams from the PFFL's club phase and the departmental phase are automatically promoted to the Pakistan Premier League, and the winner of the final between club phase and departmental phase is crowned as the PFF League champion. Young Eleven Football Club, also known as Dera Eleven, is a Pakistani football club based in Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It last competed in the PFF League. The club is one of the founder members of the Pakistan Premier League, at its establishment in 2004. The club also contain youth teams. History In 2004, Young Eleven became one of the founding members of the Pakistan Premier League, qualifying through their provincial qualifying group along with Mardan FC from Mardan. Baloch Football Club Quetta is a football club based in Quetta, Pakistan. It last competed in Pakistan Premier League, after gaining promotion from 2020 PFF League. History In 2004, Baloch FC Quetta became one of the founding members of the Pakistan Premier League. The club was relegated at the end of the season after finishing 14th in the table. In the 2005–06 PFF National League, Baloch Quetta made its PFF debut against Pakistan Police which they lost. In the 2009–10 PFF League, Baloch Quetta ended up at first and qualified for semi-finals. They defeated Muslim FC in the semi-final but lost to Young Blood in final. In the 2013 PFF League, Baloch Quetta promoted to the Pakistan Premier League for the first time. The penalty shootout is a method of determining a winner in sports matches that would have otherwise been drawn or tied. The rules for penalty shootouts vary between sports and even different competitions; however, the usual form is similar to penalty shots in that a single player takes one shot on goal from a specified spot, the only defender being the goalkeeper. If the result is still tied, the shootout usually continues on a "goal-for-goal" basis, with the teams taking shots alternately, and the one that scores a goal unmatched by the other team is declared the winner. Mauripur Baloch is a Pakistani football club based in the locality of Mauripur in Karachi, Sindh. It last competed in the PFF League. The club is one of the founder members of the Pakistan Premier League, at its establishment in 2004. It has also participated in the Karachi Football League, winning the 2015–16 edition.
