The 2005 Australian Open was a Grand Slam tennis tournament held in Melbourne, Australia from 17 until 30 January 2005. Martin Legner (born 17 December 1961 in Tyrol) is a professional Austrian wheelchair tennis player who has been ranked number one for wheelchair doubles. Legner has won the Australian Open doubles title four times with Robin Ammerlaan since 2000, and has won eight doubles titles.
