2004 Ukrainian Football Amateur League
The 2004 Ukrainian Football Amateur League season. This season competition consisted of three stages. All of the stages were organized in regional principal and was played in two rounds where each team could play another at its home ground except the last one. The third stage was played in the single round to identify the finalists and the third place contenders. There were six groups in the first stage and four – in the second. The third part, which was the final consisted of two groups. The winners of groups advance to the finals and runners-up match up in the game for the third place. Ukrainian Football Amateur Association
The Association of Amateur Football of Ukraine ( uk, Асоціація аматорського футболу України, AAFU) is a sports organization that administers national competitions of association football among amateur and children teams. AAFU is a collective member of the Football Federation of Ukraine. It was established 2 March 1998 and under the association agreement between the Football Federation of Ukraine and the Association, it is authorized to organize the All-Ukrainian National Football Championship and Cup tournaments amongst amateur football teams. The football championship is considered the fourth level of national competition and is the premier competitions for amateur clubs (professionally non-licensed). FC Lokomotyv Kupyansk
FC Lokomotyv Kupiansk was an amateur club from Kupiansk competing at the regional competitions of Kharkiv Oblast. The club was one of the oldest in the country being founded in 1923. With the fall of the Soviet Union, the club was dissolved. Sports Club Kakhovka ( uk, Спортивний клуб «Каховка») is a Ukrainian amateur football club from Kakhovka, Kherson Oblast. The club currently plays at the Askaniyske Experimental Facility Stadium. Throughout its history the club is better known for its names as Meliorator and Kzeso. Brief history The club was established sometime in 1980 as Avanhard Kakhovka. In 1988 after winning a prize of the local newspaper "Robitnycha Hazeta" (Worker's Gazette), it received a sponsor Agro-Industrial Complex "Krasa Khersonshchyny" (Beauty of the Kherson Region) and was renamed as Meliorator Kakhovka (Land cultivator). The club joined the Ukrainian competitions in 1992. In 1995 it lost its main sponsor and changed to FC Kakhovka. FC Luzhany ( uk, ФК «Лужани») is a Ukrainian amateur football club from Luzhany, Chernivtsi Oblast. Brief overview FC Luzhany is a successor of some other Luzhany football teams that existed at least since after World War II in 1947 as Kolhospnyk Luzhany. It was not until 1975 when Kolos Luzhany became a champion of Chernivtsi Oblast. Shakhtar Sverdlovsk ( ua, Шахтар Свердловськ) was a professional Ukrainian football club based in Luhansk oblast's Sverdlovsk city (Dovzhansk). The club competed in the Ukrainian Second League but was suspended after the 2013–14 amid the Russian aggression against Ukraine. The club holds a record in number of seasons (23) in which the club was fielding its team/teams in national (republican) amateur competitions (Ukrainian Amateur Football Championship). FC Fakel Varva is an amateur Ukrainian football team based in Varva, Chernihiv Oblast. The club competes in the Chernihiv oblast competition as ''Druzhba-Nova Varva''. The club was sponsored by the Hnidytsi Gas Refining Factory located in a village of Hnidytsi, Pryluky Raion. The factory is part of the Ukrnafta state corporation. History The club was formed in 1963 as Fakel Varva. The team spent a short stint in the Ukrainian Second Division.
