The Mexican Secretary of Tourism ( es, Secretaría de Turismo, ''SECTUR'') is the government department in charge of the nation's tourism promotion and development. Governor Of Baja California
The governor of Baja California represents the executive branch of the government of the state of Baja California, Mexico, per the state's constitution. The official title is "Free and Sovereign State of Baja California" (''Estado Libre y Soberano de Baja California''), and the position is democratically elected for a period of 6 years, and is not re-electable. From 1953 to 2019, the governor's term began November 1 of the year of the election and finishes October 31, six years later. To coincide with the federal elections, the law was changed, decreeing there would be an election in 2019, another in 2021, and yet another in 2024 before reverting to a six-year term. Luis Armando Reynoso Femat (born 15 August 1957) founded “El grupo Inmobiliario Reynoso Femat” which are companies dedicated to the promotion, construction and sale of housing. Juan José León Rubio is a former Governor of Aguascalientes. Juan José León Rubio obtained his law degree from National Autonomous University of Mexico and has a master's degree from the University of Guadalajara. For 25 years he served as an official at the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit. Felipe González González
Felipe González González (28 January 1947 – 24 February 2023) was a Mexican politician and businessman. A member of the National Action Party (PAN), he was Governor of Aguascalientes from 1998 to 2004 and served in the Senate from 2006 to 2012. Early years Felipe González was born in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes, on 28 January 1947. His father died when he was 21, after which time he worked in the family business with his brothers. Mariano Azuela Güitrón (born 1 April 1936 in Mexico City) is a Mexican jurist who was a member of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) from 1983 to 2009 and served as its president (chief justice) from 2003 to 2007. Rafael Macedo de la Concha (born May 6, 1950 in Mexico City) is a Mexican army general and former Attorney General in the cabinet of Vicente Fox (December 1, 2000 – April 27, 2005). Macedo de la Concha has taught several law courses at the National Autonomous University of Mexico and at the Latin American University, where he chaired the law program. Julio José Frenk Mora (born December 20, 1953) is president of the University of Miami and has served in this role since 2015. He is the University of Miami's first Hispanic and native Spanish-speaking president. At the University of Miami, he is also a professor of public health science at the university's Leonard M. Miller School of Medicine, professor of health sector management at the university's Herbert Business School, and professor of sociology at its College of Arts of Sciences.
