2004 European Figure Skating Championships
The 2004 European Figure Skating Championships was a senior international figure skating competition in the 2003–04 season. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. Gregor Urbas
Gregor Urbas (born 20 November 1982 in Jesenice) is a Slovenian former competitive figure skater. He is a three-time Golden Spin of Zagreb champion, a five-time Triglav Trophy champion, the 2006 Ondrej Nepela Memorial champion, and a nine-time (2001–2009) Slovenian national champion. He competed at the 2006 and 2010 Winter Olympics. He qualified for the free skate at nineteen ISU Championships – six Worlds, eight Europeans, and five Junior Worlds. Urbas began skating when he was about eight years old. His first coach was Mojca Kurbos. He joined Elena Babitskaia and Valeri Babitski by 2001. They coached him until the end of the 2004–05 season. Kristoffer Berntsson
Johan Kristoffer Berntsson (born 13 July 1982) is a Swedish former competitive figure skater. He is an eight-time (2000–2001, 2004–2005, 2007–2010) Swedish national champion and the five-time (2002–2005, 2007) Nordic Champion. Berntsson was the first Swede to land a triple Axel. Career Berntsson began skating at age 5. Though he started out doing both hockey and figure skating, he soon focused exclusively on the latter. Berntsson won the Swedish junior national champion in 1996–1997, a title he would go on to win the next two season as well. He skated on the international junior circuit starting in 1998–1999. Sergei Davydov (figure Skater)
Sergei Dmitriyevich Davydov (russian: Серге́й Дмитриевич Давыдов, born 2 March 1979 in Rostov-on-Don) is a former competitive figure skater who represented Belarus and Russia. For Belarus, he is the 2006 Cup of China silver medalist, two-time Nebelhorn Trophy champion, and eight-time (2001–2008) Belarusian national champion. He competed at two Olympics and placed as high as 7th at the World Championships (2003) and 4th at the European Championships (2007). For Russia, he is the 1998 World Junior silver medalist. Kevin van der Perren (born 6 August 1982) is a Belgian former competitive figure skater. He is the 2007 & 2009 European bronze medalist, a three-time Grand Prix medalist, and an eight-time (2000–2004, 2007, 2011, 2012) Belgian national champion. Gheorge Chiper
Gheorghe Chiper (born 8 April 1978) is a Romanian former competitive figure skater. He is an eight-time Romanian national champion and competed at two Olympic Games. He is the first Romanian skater to win a medal on the Grand Prix circuit and the first Romanian to land a quadruple toe loop in competition. Andrei Vladimirovich Griazev (russian: Андрей Владимирович Грязев; born 26 July 1985) is a Russian former competitive figure skater. He is the 2005 Cup of China and 2007 Cup of Russia bronze medalist, 2004 World Junior champion, and 2007 Russian national champion. Andrejs Vlaščenko (russian: Андрей Влащенко; born 15 June 1974) is a figure skater who represented Latvia (1992–94) and Germany (1994–04). Competing for Germany, he won two Grand Prix medals – bronze at both the 2001 Trophee Lalique and at the 1998 Sparkassen Cup on Ice – and became a four-time German national champion. Stefan Lindemann
Stefan Lindemann (born 30 September 1980) is a German retired figure skater. He is the 2004 World bronze medalist, 2005 European bronze medalist, 2000 World Junior champion, and a seven-time (2000, 2002, 2004–2007, 2010) German national champion.
