Schattenbergschanze
Audi Arena Oberstdorf (from 2004 to 2017 Erdinger Arena, until 2004 Skisprungstadion am Schattenberg) is a complex of five ski jumping hills, located in the German town of Oberstdorf, Bavaria, on the northwestern slope of the Schattenberg mountain (1845 m). On the largest hill of the complex, the Schattenbergschanze (meaning "Hill on Shadow Mountain"), with its K-120 and HS137, the first competition of the 4-Hills-Tournament takes place every year since 1952. The hill has held three FIS Nordic World Ski Championships – in 1987, 2005 and 2021. It is equipped with artificial lighting and stands for 27,005 seats. There is also one normal hill K-95 (HS106), one middle hill K-56 (HS60) and two small hills K-30 (HS30) and K-19 (HS20). Puijo Ski Jumping Hill
The Puijo ski jumping hills (Finnish: ''Puijon hyppyrimäet'') are a complex of four ski jumping hills in the city of Kuopio, Finland. They are located on the 150-metre-high Puijo hill, overlooked by the Puijo observation tower. History The first documented ski jumping competition at Puijo took place in 1886. The first proper jumping hill was erected in around 1900, with jumps of up to 14 metres reportedly made on this hill. Ten years later, an additional 20-metre hill was constructed. In 1949, a K-90 normal hill was built at Puijo, which at the time was the largest hill in Finland. In 1958, a K-65 hill was added to the complex. The first World Cup competition to be held at Puijo was on 1 February 1995, on the K-90 hill. In 1998, a K-120 large hill was constructed and used for the first time on 4 March 1999. Bjørn Einar Romøren (born 1 April 1981) is a Norwegian former ski jumper who competed at World Cup level from 2001 to 2014. His career highlights include eight individual World Cup wins, two ski flying world records, and a team bronze medal at the 2006 Winter Olympics. Bjørn Einar is the younger brother of Jan-Erik Romøren, best known by the stage name ''Nag'', frontman of black metal band Tsjuder. Career Romøren achieved his first World Cup victory in Bischofshofen during the 2002–03 Four Hills Tournament. Lasse Ottesen
Lasse Ottesen (born 8 April 1974) is a Norwegian former ski jumper who competed from 1991 to 2002. Career He grew up in the little hamlet of Aurskog in eastern Norway and represented the local sports club Aurskog-Finstadbru SK. His biggest success at the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer where he earned a silver medal in the Individual Normal Hill. Ottesen also finished 4th at the 1995 Nordic skiing World Championships in the Individual Large Hill. In 1997, he sat the world record in Planica with 212 meters. After retiring, he became a coach. He was the ski jumping coach for the Nordic combined teams of Norway and then the United States, and later became the head coach for the United States. Lasse is now Nordic combined director in the International Ski Federation (FIS). Rælingen is a village and municipality in Akershus in Viken county, Norway. It is part of the traditional region of Romerike. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Fjerdingby. Rælingen was separated from the municipality of Fet on 1 July 1929.
