1998 United States Figure Skating Championships
The 1998 U.S. Figure Skating Championships took place on January 4–11, 1998 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Skaters competed in five disciplines across three levels. The disciplines of the competition were single skating, men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, ice dancing, and compulsory figures. The levels of competition were senior, junior, and novice. Medals were awarded in four colors: gold (first), silver (second), bronze (third), and pewter (fourth). Ryan Scott Bradley (born November 17, 1983) is an American former competitive figure skater. He is the 2008 Skate Canada International silver medalist, the 2009 Skate America bronze medalist, the 2011 U.S. national champion, and a three-time U.S. Collegiate champion. Tiffany Vise
Tiffany Vise (born February 2, 1986) is an American retired pair skating, pair skater. Between 2003 and 2009, she competed with partner Derek Trent. On November 17, 2007, Vise and Trent landed the first clean throw quadruple salchow jump in international competition. They officially became the first team to perform that element in international competition. Their partnership ended in the spring of 2009 when Trent retired from competitive skating. Vise teamed up with Don Baldwin and began competing with him in the 2009–2010 season. Vise is a clockwise spinner while her partners have been counter-clockwise spinners. Sydne Vogel (born June 20, 1979) is an American former competitive figure skater. She is the 1996 Skate America bronze medalist and 1997 World Junior champion. Personal life Sydne Vogel was born to Joy and Dennis Vogel. She graduated with her B.S. in Biology from CUNY Brooklyn College in 2009. She attended medical school and completed her emergency medicine residency in Augusta, GA in 2018. Vogel married Jeff Allen McKechnie on November 14, 2010. Amber Corwin Farrow (born December 21, 1978) is an American former competitive figure skater. She is the 1999 Four Continents silver medalist and 2004 bronze medalist. Personal life Corwin was born on December 21, 1978, in Harbor City, California. In December 2004, she completed her degree in fashion merchandising and marketing from Cal State Long Beach. With his wife Jenni Meno, he is the 1998 World silver medalist, a two-time World bronze medalist (1995, 1996), and a three-time U.S. national champion (1994–96).
