Steinar Hoen (born 8 February 1971) is a retired Norwegian high jumper. He represented IK Tjalve during his senior career. He has been the meeting director for the Bislett Games since 2007. His indoor and outdoor bests are both 2.36 m – these are also the Norwegian records for the event. Career In his early career he finished eleventh at the 1990 World Junior Championships, fourteenth at the 1991 World Championships, ninth at the 1992 European Indoor Championships and ninth at the 1993 IAAF World Indoor Championships. Leonid Vladimirovich Pumalainen (russian: Леонид Владимирович Пумалайнен; born 13 April 1970) is a retired Russian high jumper. Career He finished fifth at the 1994 European Indoor Championships, seventh at the 1994 European Championships, and won a bronze medal at the 1994 Goodwill Games behind Javier Sotomayor and Hollis Conway. Dragutin Topić ( sr-cyr, Драгутин Топић, born 12 March 1971 in Belgrade, SR Serbia, SFR Yugoslavia) is a Serbian former high jumper. Biography Topić is a world junior record holder with 2.37 m, which he set while winning the 1990 World Junior Championships, three weeks before his win at the senior European Championships. In the same year, Topić received the Golden Badge award for best athlete of Yugoslavia. Topić set five national records and claimed four Yugoslav national championships in the men's high jump event. He is a former member of AK Crvena zvezda, where he spent the majority of his career. Jonathan Nsenga (born 21 April 1973) is a retired Belgian hurdler. He was born in Mons and represented the club OCAN. In his early career he won the silver medal at the 1994 Jeux de la Francophonie, the gold medal at the 1995 Universiade, the bronze medal at the 1996 European Indoor Championships and the silver medal at the 1997 Universiade. Guntis Peders (born 15 August 1973 in Valmiera) is a retired Latvian athlete who specialised in the high hurdles. His biggest success is the silver medal at the 1996 European Indoor Championships in Stockholm, where his country, thanks to him and Igors Kazanovs, for the first time won two medals in one event. Igors Kazanovs (russian: Игорь Яковлевич Казанов; born September 24, 1963) is a former hurdler. Born in Daugavpils, he represented the Soviet Union and later Latvia. He was a soldier in the Soviet army. In the 110 metres hurdles, he finished fifth in the 1987 World Championship final and sixth in the 1993 World Championship final, having run his personal best of 13.26 seconds in the semifinals.
