A moveable bridge, or movable bridge, is a bridge that moves to allow passage for boats or barges. Pampero Firpo
Juan Kachmanian (April 6, 1930 – January 9, 2020) was an Argentine-American professional wrestler, better known by his ring name, Pampero Firpo. Early life Kachmanian was born on April 6, 1930, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His parents were of Armenian descent and born in Turkey. His father was sent to Greece in an orphanage run by the British Red Cross. The Pampero Firpo name was appealing to Kachmanian as his father was a 'real shooter' and was a contender for the Olympics. Firpo's father later moved from Greece to Lebanon and then to Argentina, where he became a local boxing promoter. Professional wrestling career Having been trained by Rudy Dusek, he made his debut in 1953 and wrestled variously as Ervan the Armenian, Ivan the Terrible, The Missing Link, The Great Pampero and the Wild Bull of the Pampas, as well as his most famous alter-ego of Pampero Firpo. Alejandro Rey
Alejandro Rey (February 8, 1930 – May 21, 1987) was an Argentine-American actor and television director. Career Early work Rey was born in Buenos Aires and studied acting under Hedwig Schlichter and Milagros de la Vega. He became known as an actor in Argentine movies. In 1957, he participated in the film '' El Diablo de vacaciones'', directed by Ferruccio Cerio, with Nelly Panizza and Ana María Cassan, embarking on the ship ''Yapeyu'' to travel around the world, but filming did not conclude. Oscar Camilión
Oscar Héctor Camilión (6 January 1930 – 12 February 2016) was an Argentine lawyer and diplomat. Born in 1930, he earned a law degree at the University of Buenos Aires in his hometown. Camilión first joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship as chief of staff under the administration of Arturo Frondizi. Camilión then worked for '' Clarín'' from 1965 to 1972. After the 1976 Argentine coup d'état, Camilión was appointed the ambassador to Brazil by Jorge Rafael Videla. Videla's successor Roberto Eduardo Viola then selected Camilión to lead the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship. 1930 Argentine Coup D'état
The 1930 Argentine coup d'état, also known as the September Revolution by its supporters, involved the overthrow of the Argentine government of Hipólito Yrigoyen by forces loyal to General José Félix Uriburu. The coup took place on 6 September 1930 when Uriburu led a small detachment of troops into the capital, experiencing no substantial opposition and taking control of the Casa Rosada. Large crowds formed in Buenos Aires in support of the coup. Uriburu's forces took control of the capital and arrested Radical Civic Union supporters. There were no casualties in the coup. Uriburu's coup was supported by the '' Nacionalistas''.
