Israeli League is the top level ice hockey league of Israel. HC Ma’alot
Monfort Ma'alot is an Israeli ice hockey team in the city of Ma'alot. The team plays in the Israeli League, the top level of ice hockey in the country. History The club was founded in 1999, and won the Israeli League for the first time a year later. The club won back-to-back titles in 2002 and 2003, and won their fourth Israeli Championship in 2010. Ma'alot took part in the IIHF Continental Cup in the 2001, 2003, and 2004 seasons. In 2001, they were paired with KHK Crvena Zvezda, HC Levski Sofia, and Istanbul Paten Kulübü, and finished with one win and two losses. In the 2003 season, they lost all three games. HC Metulla is an ice hockey team in Metulla, Israel. They play in the Israeli League, the top level of ice hockey in Israel. History The club was founded in 1996, and won the Israeli League in 1999 and 2011. Also in 1999, Metulla participated in Group D of the 1999–2000 IIHF Continental Cup. HC Bat Yam
HC Bat Yam is an Israeli ice hockey team based in Bat Yam that competes in the Israeli League. HC Bat Yam was founded in 1992 and won their first league title in 1995. In 2010, the club qualified for their first IIHF Continental Cup, however they were knocked out in the first round without winning a game. HC Bat Yam won their second title in 2016 and as a result qualified for the 2016–17 IIHF Continental Cup. History HC Bat Yam was founded in 1992 in Bat Yam, Israel and joined the Israeli League. In the 1993–94 season, Bat Yam finished as runner-up to HC Haifa. Bat Yam improved in the 1994–95 season with the club finishing the regular season in first place after winning seven of their eight games to claim their first regular season title. In the playoffs Bat Yam was drawn against the fourth place HC Metulla for their semifinal.
