National Amateur Cup
The National Amateur Cup, also known as the USASA Amateur Cup, is an American soccer competition open to all amateur teams affiliated with the United States Soccer Federation through United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA). In 1923, U.S. Soccer established the National Amateur Cup in response to the growing number of teams entering the open National Challenge Cup (now known as the U.S. Open Cup). The 1923 competition was played through the semifinals, however the tournament was never completed due to inclement weather. While the USSF originally managed the competition, that responsibility is now held by the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA). United States Adult Soccer Association
The United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) is a national organization for amateur soccer in the United States. It consists of 55 state organizations as well as national, regional and state leagues. The National Premier Soccer League, NISA Nation and United Premier Soccer League are USASA national affiliates designed to promote a higher level of competition than the state organizations. USASA also affiliates the Women's Premier Soccer League, one of the unrecognized third division leagues below the fully professional NWSL. USL League Two was once affiliated with USASA but is now its own player registration organization. USASA has over 250,000 adult members within its leagues and teams. Hibernian Saints
Hibernian Saints was an American soccer team based in Seattle, Washington. Founded in 1993, the team was a member of the Pacific Coast Soccer League (PCSL), a recognized fourth-division league in the American Soccer Pyramid which features teams from western Canada and the Pacific Northwest. The Saints last participated in the PCSL in 2006. They were the next best soccer in Seattle besides the Sounders while operating. The team played in the PCSL under four different names: Seattle FC (1995), Seattle Hibernian (1996–2004), Hibernian & Caledonian (2005), and Hibernian Saints (2006). The team were PCSL champions four times, in 1996, 1999, 2000 and 2001. The women's team were league cup champions in 2001 and 2005.
