1995 Formula Shell Gas Kings Season
The 1995 Formula Shell Super Unleaded season was the 11th season of the franchise in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). Known as Shell Rimula-X in the All-Filipino Cup. Draft picks Summary Shell Rimula-X scored a 100–88 victory over Ginebra San Miguel in the lone game at the start of the PBA's 21st season on February 19, Paul Alvarez dished out an impressive performance in giving new Shell coach Chito Narvasa his first win. The Turbo Chargers won their first three outings before losing to Ginebra in Cabanatuan City on March 5. Shell finish second and a game behind Sunkist with six wins and four losses at the end of the All-Filipino Cup eliminations. Chito Narvasa
Andres "Chito" Yuseco Narvasa, Jr. (born October 18, 1956) is a Filipino business executive and former basketball player and coach. He is best known as the ninth commissioner of the Philippine Basketball Association. Personal life He is the son of Andres Narvasa, a former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines, and Janina Yuseco. He is also the brother of former MBA and PBL commissioner Ogie Narvasa. Basketball Narvasa, along with his brother, Ogie, played for the Ateneo Blue Eagles. The Narvasa brothers were also part of the Philippine national teams of 1977 and 1978. They jointly coached the Blue Eagles from the early to late 1980s. Rodney Eugene Monroe (born April 16, 1968) is a retired American professional basketball player who played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) and other leagues. Bobby Ray Parks Sr. (November 26, 1961 – March 30, 2013) was an American professional basketball player from Grand Junction, Tennessee. Victor Pablo (born August 8, 1970) is a retired Filipino professional basketball player in the Philippine Basketball Association. Playing career A former king Tamaraw at Far Eastern University, Pablo was the second overall pick in the 1993 PBA draft. The Shell Turbo Chargers were a Philippine Basketball Association team from 1985 to 2005. It won four PBA championships, two from 1998 to 1999.
