Wilfried Nelissen
Wilfried Nelissen ( Tongeren, 5 May 1970) is a former Belgian road racing cyclist, who specialised as a sprinter. He was involved in a crash at the end of stage 1 of the 1994 Tour de France, when he collided with a policeman. The incident also involved French rider Laurent Jalabert. Nelissen retired in 1998 due to a knee injury that he suffered in 1996 after falling during the Gent–Wevelgem race. Hendrik Redant (born 1 November 1962 in Ninove) is a Belgian former professional cyclist. He was a directeur sportif with the Omega Pharma–Lotto cycling team until the end of the 2010 season. Mario De Clercq (born 5 March 1966) is a Belgian former racing cyclist. He specialized in cyclo-cross racing but also rode on the road and circuit races during his career, he raced as a professional between 1991 and 2004. The majority of his years as a professional were under the sponsorship of and its various co-sponsors. Biography Born in Oudenaarde, Belgium, De Clercq is a three-time world cyclo-cross champion capturing the 1998, 1999 and 2002 UCI Cyclo-cross World Championships. In addition, De Clercq won the 2001 and 2002 Belgian National Cyclo-cross Championships. Andrei Tchmil (born 22 January 1963) is a retired Soviet (until 1991), Moldovan (1992–1995), Ukrainian (1995–1998) and Belgian (since 1998) professional road bicycle racer. Frédéric Moncassin (born 26 September 1968) is a French former road racing cyclist. He turned professional in 1990 and retired in 1999. He competed in the men's individual road race at the 1996 Summer Olympics. Moncassin was a strong roadman-sprinter known for his tussles with other riders in the last metres of a race. Johan Museeuw (born 13 October 1965) is a retired Belgian professional road racing cyclist who was a professional from 1988 until 2004. Nicknamed ''The Lion of Flanders'', he was particularly successful in the cobbled classics of Flanders and Northern France and was considered one of the best classic races specialists of the 1990s.
