The 1994 British National Track Championships were a series of track cycling competitions held from 24–30 July 1994 at the Leicester Velodrome. The Championships were organised by the British Cycling Federation. It would be the last championships held at the Leicester Velodrome because a new National Cycling Centre in Manchester which included the Manchester Velodrome had been opened by Princess Anne Anne, Princess Royal (Anne Elizabeth Alice Louise; born 15 August 1950), is a member of the British royal family. Simon Lillistone
Simon Lillistone (born 13 February 1969) is a male British former cyclist. Cycling career He competed at the 1988 Summer Olympics and the 1992 Summer Olympics. British National Team Pursuit Championships
The British National Team Pursuit Championships are held annually as part of the British National Track Championships organized by British Cycling. Prior to 1996, there were two separate team pursuit championship events for amateur and professional riders. A women's championship was later added, competing over a shorter 3 km distance with three riders, until 2013 when this was increased to 4 km with 4 riders as in the men's event. Stuart Dangerfield
Stuart Dangerfield (born 17 September 1971, and from Willenhall in Staffordshire, now the West Midlands (county), West Midlands) is an England, English retired racing cyclist who was prominent in United Kingdom, British individual time trial events during the 1990s and early 21st century. He was the British national time trial champion six times, jointly holding the record for most wins with Alex Dowsett. Dangerfield won his first Cycling Time Trials, RTTC national time trial championship in 1992 in the hill-climb event - a victory he repeated in 1993, 1995, 1996 and 1997. In 1997, he was also a time trial champion; he also won the event four consecutive times from 2000 to 2003. He won his first national championship in 2001, with repeat victories in 2003 and 2004.
