YUBA League
The YUBA League was the top-tier men's professional basketball league in Serbia and Montenegro (previously FR Yugoslavia). Founded in 1992 and folded in 2006, it was run by the Basketball Federation of Serbia and Montenegro. The name ''YUBA League'' (Yugoslav Basketball Association League) was used in Serbia and Montenegro until 2005. It consisted of the first-stage "First League", and the second-stage "Super League", with each having their own men's and women's divisions. The league was also named YUBA League: ''Sportstar YUBA League'', ''Winston YUBA League'', ''Frikom YUBA League'', ''Efes Pils YUBA League'', ''Atlas Pils YUBA League'', and ''Sinalco First League'', for sponsorship reasons. Košarkaški klub Mornar ( Cyrillic: Кошаркашки клуб Морнар), commonly referred to as Mornar Barsko zlato for sponsorship reasons, is a men's professional basketball club based in Bar, Montenegro. The club competes in the Montenegrin Basketball League and the ABA League. The team also plays in international competitions. Mornar made its European debut in the Basketball Champions League during the 2016–17 season. Mornar won its first domestic title the following year in the 2017–18 Montenegrin League. Šumice Cultural and Sports Center ( sr-Cyrl, Центар за културу и спорт Шумице) is an indoor sports arena located in Voždovac, Belgrade, Serbia. The hall is used for basketball, handball, Indoor soccer, indoor football, volleyball, and other sports. The venue was opened on 24 May 1974 and was originally known as the "Vоždovac Union of Pioneers of Yugoslavia, Pioneers Home". It has a total floor area of and includes a sports hall with 2,000 seats and a hall with the stage with 350 seats. Due to the lack of funds and bad maintenance, the venue has been in bad financial situation since the late 1980s and especially since the 2000s. Kraljevo Sports Hall ( sr, Hala sportova u Kraljevu) is a multi-use indoor arena in Kraljevo, Serbia. The arena has a total capacity of 6,000. It is used mostly for team handball and basketball matches since it is a home arena of basketball teams KK Sloga and KK Mašinac as well as volleyball team OK Ribnica.
