Maria Bengtsson (born 5 March 1964) is a badminton player from Sweden who played in three editions of Olympic games in 1988, 1992 and 1996. Career She won two silver medals at the World Badminton Championships, one in 1985 in mixed doubles with Stefan Karlsson and another in 1991 in women's doubles with Christine Magnusson. Sara Sankey née Sara Halsall (born 29 September 1967) is a retired English badminton player. Badminton career In 1990, Sankey represented England when she attended the Commonwealth Games where she won gold medals in the mixed team event and with Fiona Smith in the women's doubles event.
