Israel Pinheiro Da Silva
Israel Pinheiro da Silva (4 January 1896 – 6 July 1973) was a Brazilian politician and engineer. Pinheiro da Silva was a friend of President Juscelino Kubitschek and was nominated by him the engineer chief of the construction of BrasÃlia, which took place between 1956 and 1960. Despite being an opponent of the military regime installed in 1964, Pinheiro da Silva was elected governor of Minas Gerais in a disputed election in 1965 and he served from 1966 to 1971. He continued the industrialization of the state, started by his predecessors. Pinheiro da Silva was the last directly elected governor of Minas Gerais until 1982. Pedro Pedrossian
Pedro Pedrossian (13 August 1928 – 22 August 2017) was a Brazilian politician. A member of the Party of National Mobilization, he served two terms as the List of Governors of Mato Grosso do Sul, Governor of Mato Grosso do Sul. The first term (1980–83) was an appointed role, before being elected to office in 1991. His term ended in 1994. He also served as the Governor of Mato Grosso between 1966 and 1971. He was born in Miranda, Mato Grosso do Sul, Miranda, Mato Grosso do Sul. A civil engineer by profession, he graduated from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, São Paulo. Pedrossian died on 22 August 2017 in Campo Grande, at the age of 89.
