Lennaert Nijgh
Lennaert Herman Nijgh (January 25, 1945 in Haarlem – November 28, 2002 in Haarlem) was a Dutch lyricist. Nijgh was most commonly known as the lyricist for Boudewijn de Groot. Biography Nijgh was an only child and grew up in Heemstede. He went to the Coornhert Lyceum in Haarlem, together with his childhood friend Boudewijn de Groot. After two years Nijgh left the school, claiming that he was thrown out. He continued his education at the Kennemer Lyceum in Overveen. In the meantime, he stayed friends with De Groot. He then went to the Netherlands Film Academy, but never graduated. Nijgh's breakthrough started when the record label Philips published the single ''Een meisje van 16'', which was an adaptation of Charles Aznavour's ballad ''Une enfant (de seize ans)'', and was sung by Boudewijn de Groot. Saskia Holleman
Saskia Holleman (20 May 1945 – 10 June 2013) was a Dutch actress, lawyer and model. She became widely known in the Netherlands when a picture in which she was naked in a meadow was used by the left-wing, pacifist political party Pacifist Socialist Party for its electoral campaign during the 1971 Dutch general election. Holleman trained as a lawyer in the 1970s and she specialised in petty crime for law firms and later as an independent. Early life On 20 May 1945, Holleman was born in Leeuwarden. Arthur Docters Van Leeuwen
Arthur Docters van Leeuwen (8 May 1945 – 14 August 2020) was a Dutch politician, jurist and civil servant. He was member of the liberal political party VVD. Between 1999 and 2007 he was chairman of the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets, an agency of the Dutch government, which supervises Dutch financial markets. Career Docters van Leeuwen was born in The Hague on 8 May 1945. After studying law (degree 1969) and various functions for the Dutch government, he became head of the Domestic Security Service, the Dutch secret service (currently the AIVD), in 1989. In 1995, he was succeeded by Nico Buis, after Docters van Leeuwen became a member and chairman of the Board of Procurators General in The Hague (a board which supervises Dutch public prosecutors). Klaas Willem Ruis (29 March 1945 in Haarlem – 4 August 1986 in Dénia) was a Dutch game show presenter. He presented the ''Willem Ruis Show'' for the KRO and the ''Willem Ruis Lottoshow'', ''5 tegen 5'' and the ''Sterrenshow'' for the VARA. He died of a cardiac arrest during a vacation in Spain. By 1981, Ruis moved from the KRO to the VARA, trading in his ''Willem Ruis Show'' for the ''Willem Ruis Lottoshow''. Ruis was unhappy with his director at the KRO, who he felt did not allow him to show off all his talents, and got a contract with the VARA, which was losing viewers to the competition and was looking for a star to bolster its roster.
