	1935–36 Cupa României The 1935–36 Cupa României was the third edition of Romania's most prestigious football cup competition. The trophy was obtained by Ripensia Timișoara who defeated Unirea Tricolor București in the final. It was the second and last Romanian Cup won by Ripensia Timișoara. Format The competition is an annual knockout tournament with pairings for each round drawn at random. There are no seeds for the draw. The draw also determines which teams will play at home. Each tie is played as a single leg. If a match is drawn after 90 minutes, the game goes in extra time, and if the scored is still tight after 120 minutes, there a replay will be played, usually at the ground of the team who were away for the first game. From the first edition, the teams from Divizia A entered in competition in sixteen finals, rule which remained till today. It was affiliated to Astra Arad rail equipment manufacturing company. It was dissolved in 2006. 	Dacia Vasile Alecsandri Galați Dacia Vasile Alecsandri Galaţi (also Dacia VA Galaţi or DVA Galaţi) was a Romanian football club based in Galaţi, founded in 1922 and dissolved in 1950. This club advanced to the Romanian Football Championships three times and was a quarter-finalist in the Romanian Cup. 	CS Gloria Arad Asociația Fotbal Club Gloria Arad, also known as AFC Gloria Arad, or simply as Gloria Arad is a Romanian football club based in Arad, Arad County, currently playing in the Liga VI. 	Șoimii Sibiu Șoimii Sibiu (Falcons Sibiu) was a football team from Sibiu. They were founded in 1913 and disappeared in 2001. They were a main team in Sibiu, being four times regional champions of Sibiu. Their best pre-war performance was defeating the 6-time-in-a-row champion Chinezul Timişoara in 1927–28 quarter-finals.
