The King Alfonso XIII's Cup 1928 was the 28th staging of the Copa del Rey, the Spanish football cup competition. The competition started on 31 January 1928, and concluded on 29 June 1928, with the second final tiebreaker, held at the Estadio El Sardinero in Santander. FC Barcelona won the competition for the eighth time. Real Sociedad Gimnástica de Torrelavega is a Spanish football team based in Torrelavega, in the autonomous community of Cantabria. Founded on 28 September 1907 it is the oldest football club in the region, and currently plays in Tercera División RFEF – Group 3, holding home matches at ''Campos del Malecón'', with a capacity of 6,007 seats. Gipuzkoa Championship
The Gipuzkoa Regional Championship (Spanish: ''Campeonato Regional de Guipúzcoa''; Basque: ''Gipuzkoako Herrialde Txapelketa'') was an official football tournament in Spain, organised by the Gipuzkoan Football Federation in which affiliated clubs participated.
