The 1920 Norwegian Football Cup was the 19th season of the Norwegian annual knockout football tournament. The tournament was open for all members of NFF. Ørn won their first title, having beaten Frigg in the final. This was second consecutive year that Frigg lost the final. IL Braatt
Idrettslaget Braatt is a Norwegian multi-sports club located in Kristiansund, Norway. Founded in 1916, the club was started as a wrestling club by outbreakers from ''Ynglingeforeningens IL'' (YMCA). The club currently have departments in figure skating, floorball, football, ice hockey, speed skating and wrestling. History On 31 March 1916, Braatt IL was founded. Olaf Gaupseth was elected as the club's first chairman. The club had athletics, boxing, football and wrestling on their program in the beginning years. Gressbanen
Gressbanen or Vestre Holmen is a stadium located at Holmen in Oslo, Norway. During summer it has artificial turf and is used for association football, while during winter it has artificial ice and fields bandy. The complex also contains a smaller training field with gravel during summer and natural ice during winter. Gressbanen is the home venue of IF Ready, whose bandy team plays in the Norwegian Bandy Premier League and who fields 35 recreational football teams. The stadium was built as a response to the need for a grass pitch for the Norway national football team, as well as to serve as a home to Ready and Mercantile SFK. It opened on 1 September 1918 as the second grass pitch in Norway and the first in Oslo. As such it replaced Frogner Stadion as the home of the national team, for which it was home to seventeen matches. The national team moved to Ullevaal Stadion in 1927. Bernhard Andersen
Bernhard Vilhelm Andersen (5 February 1892 – 9 February 1958) was a Danish footballer who played as an outside forward for the Danish national team. Club career Andersen played club football for BK Velo and BK Frem. He won the Danish football championship once, in 1923. International career Andersen made his international debut for Denmark on 20 October 1918, in a friendly against Sweden. His first and only goal for his country was scored on 13 June 1920, in a 1–1 draw against Norway. Einar Gundersen
Einar "Jeja" Gundersen (20 September 1896 – 29 October 1962) was a Norwegian footballer who played play as a centre-forward for Odd. He is regarded as one of Norwegian football's first star players. He played 33 internationals for Norway, and his 26 international goals puts him second on the national team's all-time scoring list. His nickname Jeja means literally "Me Then", as that was what he wondered as a kid when he was not picked for the team. At club level, Gundersen scored more than 200 goals. Harstad Idrettslag is a Norwegian sports club from Harstad, Troms. It has association football, futsal and nordic skiing sections. The club formerly had sections for track and field, skiing and speed skating, but this was discontinued in 1987. The club colors are yellow and black, and their home field is Harstad stadion. This was Norway's first football stadium with artificial turf. The men's football team currently plays in the 4. divisjon, the fifth tier of Norwegian football. The team last played in the Norwegian First Division in 1997. After that they had a long run in the Second Division.
