1920 Copa Del Rey
The Copa del Rey 1920 was the 20th staging of the Copa del Rey, the Spanish football cup competition. The competition started in March 1920 and concluded on May 2, 1920, with the Final, held at El Molinón in Gijon, in which FC Barcelona lifted the trophy for the fourth time with a 2–0 victory over Athletic Bilbao. Germán Echevarría
Germán Echevarría Usaola (1 December 1896 – 2 January 1984), also known as Maneras, was a Spanish footballer who played as a forward for Athletic Club. He spent all 13 seasons of his playing career with Athletic Bilbao, thus being a historical member of the club in the 1910s and part of the so-called one-club men group. Naturally, he was also the second player in the history of the club to reach one hundred official matches for them, the first being Domingo Acedo. He played a pivotal role in helping the Basque club reach six Copa del Rey finals and winning five of them, including three back-to-back titles between 1914 and 1916. José María Laca
José María Martín Laca Salcedo (11 November 1898 – 22 September 1977) was a Spanish footballer who played primarily as a midfielder. Laca spent his entire 10-year career with Athletic Bilbao, and thus be part of the so-called one-club men group. Laca also earned one cap for the Spain national team in 1924. Club career Laca began his career at Athletic Club, and he quickly became one of the club's benchmarks at the time. Together with the likes of Domingo Acedo, José María Belauste and Pichichi, he helped the club win five regional North/Biscay championships and reach three Copa del Rey finals in 1920, 1921 and 1923, winning the latter two. Enrique Peris
Enrique Peris de Vargas (27 February 1887 - 17 February 1953) was a Spanish footballer who played as a left winger. He spent most of his career at Barcelona, with whom he played over 300 matches. Club career Born in Barcelona, he began his career in 1903 at FC Internacional. Together with Paco Bru and Charles Wallace, he helped the club achieve three successive runner-up finishes in the Catalan championship between 1904 and 1906, losing out on the title to a different opponent each time, Club Español (now RCD Espanyol) FC Barcelona and X Sporting Club respectively. Francisco Bru
Francisco Bru Sanz (12 April 1885 – 10 June 1962), also known as Paco Bru, was a Spanish football player, referee and manager. As a footballer he played as a striker and midfielder for FC Internacional and as a defender for FC Barcelona, RCD Español and the Catalan XI. After retiring as a player, Bru became a referee and took charge of the 1916 and 1917 Copa del Rey finals. José María Belauste
José María de Belausteguigoitia Landaluce (3 September 1889 – 4 September 1964), known as Belauste, was a Spanish footballer who played as a midfielder. Club career Born in Bilbao, Biscay, Belauste played with Athletic Bilbao from ages 15–36. His game was based on a physical display, as he stood at 1.93 meters and weighed 95 kilograms. Juan Monjardín
Juan Monjardín Callejón (24 April 1903 – 13 November 1950) was a Spanish footballer who played as a striker. He played for Real Madrid and earned 4 caps for the Spain national football team, competing at the 1924 Summer Olympics. The Catalan football championship ''(Campionat de Catalunya)'' was a football competition in Catalonia and the first football league in Spain before La Liga was established in 1929. Sporting De Gijón
Real Sporting de Gijón, S.A.D. (), commonly known as Real Sporting, Sporting Gijón, or simply Sporting (although in an international context this can lead to confusion with Sporting Clube de Portugal) is a Spanish football club from Gijón, Principality of Asturias.
