1905 Copa Del Rey
The Copa del Rey 1905 was the 3rd staging of the Copa del Rey, the Spain, Spanish Association football, football cup competition. The competition started on 16 April 1905, and concluded on 20 April 1905, with the last group stage match, in which Real Madrid, Madrid FC lifted the trophy for the first time ever with two victories over San Sebastián Recreation Club and Athletic Bilbao. The three teams entered in the competition disputed the tournament by playing against each other in two games, with a third not played. As the Catalan football championship, Catalonia championship was unfinished, Catalonia could not send a participant. Qualification Match Note: The match was abandoned in the 35th minute with Madrid leading 2–0 after Moncloa walked off to protest the officiating of Prado. The Catalan football championship ''(Campionat de Catalunya)'' was a football competition in Catalonia and the first football league in Spain before La Liga was established in 1929. Tiro Del Pichón
Tiro del Pichón (), also known as Campo del Retiro ( Retiro), or Campo de la Rana (), was the first football pitch of Real Madrid between 1901 and 1902. They were not an official club at that time, playing friendly games on this field. Meetings were held there until 1903, the date the entity moved to the Campo de Jorge Juan. Pedro Parages Diego-Madrazo (17 December 1883 – 15 February 1950) was a Franco-Spanish footballer, manager, and the 5th President of Real Madrid from July 1916 until 16 May 1926. During his mandate, Madrid FC received the Royal title (''Real'') from the hands of the King Alfonso XIII. He played as a forward for Association Sportive Amicale before joining Madrid FC (now Real Madrid) in 1902. Parages was thus the very first French player to represent ''Los Merengues''. Federico Revuelto
Federico Revuelto (born 1883) was a Guatemalan footballer who played for the Madrid Football Club from 1902 to 1912. Biography Federico Revuelto was born in Cuyotenango, Suchitepéquez, Guatemala in 1883. Revuelto initially started playing rugby football in England. He then switched to association football and joined the newly formed Madrid Football Club in 1902 at the age of 19, playing as a left-center forward. From 1903 to 1904, Revuelto served as the club's captain. He played in the 1903, 1905, 1906, 1907, and 1908 Copa del Rey finals, winning the latter four and scoring the first goal of the 1908 final. The San Sebastián Recreation Club was the name of the football section of the Real Club de Tenis de San Sebastián club based in San Sebastián, Basque Country, Spain.
