Anna Catharina Von Bärfelt
''Anna Catharina'' Charlotta Wilhelmina von Bärfelt (1673 – Linköping, 2 April 1738), was a Swedish courtier and an influential royal favourite of Queen Hedwig Eleonora. She was immensely unpopular and rumoured to abuse her influence and position to receive bribes for influencing the queen and stealing from the royal possessions. She was convicted of theft and expelled from court. Royal favorite Bärfelt was the daughter of Lieutenant Colonel Bernhard Bärfelt. In 1687, she became seamstress and in 1695 the lady's maid of the Queen Dowager Hedvig Eleonora: this was, at that point, a position which could be filled by a member of the lesser nobility.Fabian Persson (1999). Gustaf Von Psilander
Gustaf von Psilander (16 August 1669– 18 March 1738) was an admiral of the Royal Swedish Navy. In 1704, Psilander fought his most famous action in the Battle of Orford Ness against a superior English force where he was defeated, the battle coming about as a result of his refusal to salute them under strict orders from his king. Early life Psilander was the son of a clerk in the Royal Wardrobe, who died when Psilander was eleven years old. Raised by a friend of the father, the Stockholm Alderman Johan Hagemeister, he joined the Navy as a clerk in 1687. Two years later Psilander was promoted to Gunner's Mate, and the following year to Gunner. To gain experience, and achieve promotion, Psilander joined the Dutch Navy during the Nine Years' War, serving as rating and petty officer, fighting in the Battle of Beachy Head (1690). Burchardt Precht
Burchard Precht (24 October 1651 – 26 February 1738) was a Swedish-German furniture maker and sculptor. He is best known for his contributions to Stockholm Cathedral and Uppsala Cathedral; he designed the altarpiece for Uppsala in 1728. Precht and his workshop also created other church furnishings, including epitaphs, and a large amount of furniture, primarily gilded tables, guéridons and ornamental frames for mirrors and pictures. Early life and career Precht was born in 1651 in Bremen, Germany. His father was a sculptor and so was his elder brother , to whom he was apprenticed in Hamburg in 1666, who was also a wood carver who had worked on the organ of St. Jacobi in Hamburg. In 1672, he went to Sweden at the suggestion of Nicolaes Millich, who was assisting in the decoration of Drottningholm Palace. Anna Sofia Ramström (1738–1786) was a ''kammarfru'' of the Queen of Sweden, Sophie Magdalena of Denmark. She was known for her involvement in the famous affair of the consummation of the marriage between the royal couple. History Anna Sofia Ramström was one of the ''kammarfru'' of queen Sophia Magdalena: the position of kammarfru was roughly equivalent to that of a Lady's maid, and was normally recruited from the wealthy burgher class: her brother-in-law, Erik Ek, was a merchant. Fredrika Eleonora von Düben (December 17, 1738 – March 1, 1808) was a Swedish dilettante painter and embroidery artist Biography Fredrika Eleonora was born to Baron Joachim von Düben the Younger and Catharina Eleonora Temminck, daughter of Hendrik Temminck. Her father was a nephew of royal favourite Emerentia von Düben (1669–1743) and served as the cabinet secretary of Ulrika Eleonora, Queen of Sweden. In 1759, she married Count Nils Adam Bielke (1724-1792), who was previously married to her relative Ulrika Eleonora von Düben (1722–1758). She was maid of honour to Queen Louisa Ulrika of Prussia from 1757 to 1759 and Chief Court mistress of the Swedish queen dowager in 1771–1782. Nils Henric Liljensparre
Nils Henric Aschan Liljensparre, born ''Sivers'' (22 July 1738, Norrköping - 5 January 1814, Stockholm), was a Swedish police officer. He is most known for conducting the investigation of the regicide of king Gustav III of Sweden in 1792. Liljensparre studied law at Uppsala University and served in Svea hovrätt from 1762. He became an official at the royal council in 1765, secretary in 1772, and the head of the Stockholm police in 1776. Liljensparre is regarded as a devoted and effective police. He did, however, adjust himself to the demands of the crown even in cases when they bent the laws. This made him unpopular, but a favorite of the monarch, who ennobled him under the name Liljensparre in 1786. He organised a network of police agents in Stockholm. In 1792, he was in charge of the investigation of the regicide of King Gustav III of Sweden.
