Hallee Leah Hirsh (born 1987/1988) is an American actress perhaps best known for her roles as Mattie Grace Johnson on '' JAG'', Daley in the children's series ''Flight 29 Down'', and as the adolescent and young adult Rachel Greene on '' ER''. McGregor is a city in Clayton County, Iowa, United States. The population was 742 at the time of the 2020 census. McGregor is located on the Mississippi River across from Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. Landlocked Film Festival is an annual film festival hosted in Iowa City, Iowa. The Festival was founded in 2007.
