Shiloh Thomas Fernandez (born February 26, 1985) is an American actor. He is known for his roles in the television series ''Jericho (2006 TV series), Jericho'' and ''United States of Tara'', and the films ''Deadgirl (2008 film), Deadgirl'', ''Red Riding Hood (2011 film), Red Riding Hood'', and the 2013 remake of ''Evil Dead (2013 film), Evil Dead.'' Ukiah ( ; Pomo: ''Yokaya'', meaning "deep valley") is the county seat and largest city of Mendocino County, California, with a population of 16,607 at the 2020 census. With its accessible location along the U.S. Route 101 corridor, Ukiah serves as the city center for Mendocino County and much of neighboring Lake County. History Establishment Ukiah is located within Rancho Yokaya, one of several Spanish colonial land grants in what was their colonists called ''Alta California''. Vadim Perelman ( ukr, Вадим Перельман; born 8 September 1963) is a Ukrainian-Canadian-American film director. Perelman made his feature film directorial debut in 2003 with '' House of Sand and Fog'', following a successful career as a commercial director. "Valley Girls" is the twenty-fourth episode of the second season of The CW television series ''Gossip Girl''. The episode served as a backdoor pilot for a potential ''Gossip Girl'' spin-off series set in the 1980s, entitled ''Valley Girls''.
