The 11 de Novembro University (UON; pt, Universidade 11 de Novembro) is an Angolan public university based in the city of Cabinda. In addition to Cabinda, it has campuses in Buco-Zau and Soyo. Formerly one of the Agostinho Neto University campuses, it was separated in the process of reforms to Angolan higher education that took place in 2008 and 2009.Sobre a U.O.N

Cabinda (city)
Cabinda, also known as Chioua, is a city and a municipality located in the Cabinda Province, an exclave of Angola. Angolan sovereignty over Cabinda is disputed by the secessionist Republic of Cabinda. The city of Cabinda had a population of 550,000 and the municipality a population of 624,646, at the 2014 Census. The residents of the city are known as ''Cabindas'' or ''Fiotes''. Cabinda, due to its proximity to rich oil reserves, serves as one of Angola's main oil ports. Agostinho Neto University
The Agostinho Neto University ( pt, Universidade Agostinho Neto) is the largest public university of Angola, based in Luanda and in the nearby city of Talatona, in Angola. In the academic year 2005–06, 68 licensing courses were ministered by the university: 18 in Bachelor's and 15 in master's degrees, involving areas of scientific knowledge in the faculties, institutes, and higher learning schools.
