Å koda Kodiaq
The Å koda Kodiaq is a mid-size crossover SUV manufactured by the Czech automaker Å koda Auto since 2016. The vehicle sits in Å koda's D-SUV, above the Å koda Kamiq and Å koda Karoq. The vehicle is based on the Volkswagen Group MQB platform, shared with a new generation of Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace and the SEAT Tarraco. It offers the seven-seat configuration, unlike the smaller Å koda Karoq that only has two-row seating. Overview The car was previously previewed as concept car named Å koda Vision S in Geneva Motor Show 2016. Prior to its release, it was assumed that the new SUV would be called "Snowman" or "Polar", but this was dismissed by the former head of Å koda, Winfried Vahland as a media speculation. Winfried Vahland (born 1 April 1957 in Beckum, Germany) was the chairman of the board and CEO at Škoda Auto, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group. The Volkswagen Group MQB platform is the company's strategy for shared modular design construction of its transverse, front-engine, front-wheel-drive layout (optional front-engine, four-wheel-drive layout) automobiles. Å koda Karoq
The Å koda Karoq is a compact crossover SUV (C-segment) designed and built by the Czech car manufacturer Å koda Auto. Introduced in 2017, the vehicle is based on the Volkswagen Group MQB platform, and replaced the Å koda Yeti. The car slots between the smaller Å koda Kamiq and the larger Å koda Kodiaq. The name Karoq is derived from Aleutian language, spoken by the native inhabitants of Alaskan island Kodiak. It is a combination of Aleutian words "kaa'raq" and "ruq", a car and an arrow, which are the elements of the Å koda logo. Å koda Kamiq
The Å koda Kamiq is a subcompact crossover SUV ( B-segment), launched by the Czech car manufacturer Å koda Auto in the end of June 2019, nearly two years after the larger Å koda Karoq was launched in Europe in September 2017. It is smallest of the other Å koda SUVs sold in Europe, namely the Karoq, Enyaq, and Kodiaq. Deliveries officially started in September 2019.
