Elijah
Elijah ( ) or Elias was a prophet and miracle worker who lived in the northern kingdom of Israel during the reign of King Ahab (9th century BC), according to the Books of Kings in the Hebrew Bible. İlyas Kahraman
İlyas Kahraman (born March 31, 1976) is a Turkish retired professional soccer player. He was a midfielder and in the 2000-01 season he was suspended from football for six months after failing a doping test. Biography After being promoted from Galatasaray's youth club to senior club, Ilyas played for Galatasaray. His career dramatically changed after he missed a crucial penalty in a historical Turkish Cup match against Gençlerbirliği on November 28, 1996. After leaving Galatasaray, he played for Gaziantepspor, Yimpaş Yozgatspor, Denizlispor, Malatyaspor, Bursaspor and Diyarbakırspor. After Diyarbakırspor were relegated Kahraman has been transferred to recently promoted Antalyaspor. On 2000-01 season he was suspended from football for six months after failing a doping test. İlyas Bey Mosque is a historical Islamic religious building at Milet in Didim district of Aydın Province, western Turkey. It was built in 1403 by Ilyas Bey (1402–1421), ruler of the Turkish Menteshe emirate. Architecture The mosque is part of a complex consisting of a madrasah, a religious educational institute, and a hammam, a bath building. The prayer hall is covered by a dome in diameter, which is made of brick and covered with tiles, sits on an octagonal base that rests on the four walls. The brick minaret collapsed in the 1955 earthquake. The complex is situated within the Miletus archaeological site. Adnan "Sulehri" Ilyas (born 30 December 1984) is a Pakistani-born cricketer who plays for the Oman national cricket team. He has previously played for the Oman Under-17s. Muḥammad Ilyās ibn Muḥammad Ismā‘īl Kāndhlawī Dihlawī (1885 – 13 July 1944) was an Indian Islamic scholar of the Deobandi movement who founded the Tablighi Jamaat, in 1925, in Mewat province. İlyas Şükrüoğlu (born 1966) is a Turkish Olympic wrestler competing in the light flyweight (-48 kg) division. He holds two European silver medals and one gold medal at the Mediterranean Games. Ilyas Imranovich Shurpayev (; 25 July 1975, Makhachkala – 21 March 2008, Moscow) was a Russian television journalist and Channel One (Russia) correspondent. Life and career Shurpayev was born in Makhachkala, Dagestan, and graduated from a local university with a specialization in philology. He worked for Channel One and mostly served in Russia's North Caucasus region, including Dagestan and Chechnya.
