Ģirts Dzelde
Ģirts Dzelde (born 16 July 1963) is a former professional tennis player from Latvia, currently the coach of Latvian Davis Cup team. He achieved a career-high singles ranking of World No. 273 in 1991 and a career-high doubles ranking of World No. 108 in 1993. Dzelde did not win any ATP level titles in singles or doubles, but finished runner-up in three ATP doubles events. Mike Bauer
Mike Bauer (born June 29, 1959) is a retired American tour professional tennis player. Bauer won three singles and nine top-tier doubles titles during his career. He reached a career high singles ranking of world No. 29 in November 1984. Career An All-American in 1981 at University of California, Berkeley, Bauer won the 1982 Bangkok Grand Prix and 1982 and 1983 South Australian Open. He was also a finalist at the 1983 Sydney Outdoor Grand Prix. He reached the semi-finals in five other tournaments during his career. Udo Plamberger (born 1 January 1971) is a former professional tennis player from Austria. Biography Plamberger, who was born in Bad Ischl, played only doubles on the ATP Tour. Doubles partners included Pat Cash, Andrei Cherkasov and Younes El Aynaoui. It was with Ģirts Dzelde that he made his only final, the 1996 Croatia Open in Umag. They were runners-up, to Pablo Albano and Luis Lobo. In Davis Cup competition, Plamberger featured in two ties for Austria. He first played in 1996 when Austria were in the World Group and debuted in the team's round one fixture against Brazil in São Paulo. The Croatia Open (currently sponsored by Plava laguna) is a men's ATP tennis tournament held in Umag, Croatia that is part of the 250 series of the ATP Tour. The tournament began in 1990 when it was part of Yugoslavia, and is the oldest tennis tournament in Croatia. It began as the Yugoslavia Open and has been played every year since. It is played on outdoor red clay courts. Carlos Moyá has won the tournament a record five times; he also holds the record for the most consecutive wins at three. His most recent win was in 2007.
