Óscar Alcides Mena
Oscar Alcides Mena Fernández (born 30 November 1970), nicknamed ''El Mencho'', is an Argentine retired footballer who played as a defensive midfielder, and is a manager. Playing career Born in Luján, Buenos Aires, Mena started his career playing for Club Luján and then Club Defensores de Cambaceres, both in the third division. In 1994, he made his debut in the Primera División with Club Atlético Platense, moving to Club Atlético Lanús for a further season. In 1997–98, both Mena and goalkeeper Carlos Roa were bought by Spain's RCD Mallorca. Eminently a defensive-minded player, the former scored seven La Liga goals during the campaign, helping the Balearic Islands team finish fifth straight from the second level as well as to a runner-up finish in the Copa del Rey. Luján (pronounced ) is a city in the Buenos Aires province of Argentina, located 68 kilometres north west of the city of Buenos Aires. Carlos Roa
Carlos Ángel Roa (born 15 August 1969) is an Argentine former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He is the current goalkeeper coach of Greek Super League club AEK Athens. Most of his professional career was spent with Racing Avellaneda and in Spain with Mallorca, winning one major trophy with the latter. Roa was first-choice for the Argentina national team at the 1998 World Cup. Primera B Metropolitana is one of two professional leagues that form the third level of the Argentine football league system. The division is made up of 17 clubs mainly from the city of Buenos Aires and its metropolitan area, Greater Buenos Aires.
