The テ四e aux Oies (''in English: goose island'') is an island in the St. Lawrence River, downstream from テ四e d'Orlテゥans. It is located in the municipality of Saint-Antoine-de-l'Isle-aux-Grues, in the Montmagny Regional County Municipality (MRC), in the administrative region of Chaudiティre-Appalaches, in Quebec, in Canada. Geography L'テ四e aux Oies is located at the northeastern end of the Isle-aux-Grues archipelago. This island stretches in length in the direction of the river (i.e. southwest to northeast); its maximum width is . A flats stretching over connects "テ四e aux Oies" to the southwest with Isle-aux-Grues. Strong river tides often flood this istma. テ四e d'Orlテゥans (; en, Island of Orleans) is an island located in the Saint Lawrence River about east of downtown Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. It was one of the first parts of the province to be colonized by the French, and a large percentage of French Canadians can trace ancestry to early residents of the island. The island has been described as the "microcosm of traditional Quebec and as the birthplace of francophones in North America." It has about 7,000 inhabitants, spread over 6 villages. The island is accessible from the mainland via the テ四e d'Orlテゥans Bridge from Beauport. Route 368 is the sole provincial route on the island, which crosses the bridge and circles the perimeter of the island. The Hotel-Dieu de Quテゥbec is a teaching hospital located in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, and affiliated with Universitテゥ Laval's medical school.
