Isabelle Geffroy (born 1 May 1980), known professionally as Zaz, is a French singer and songwriter who mixes jazzy styles, French variety, soul and acoustic. She is known for her single " Je veux", taken from her self-titled debut album, released on 10 May 2010. Early life Zaz was born in Tours, France. Her mother was a Spanish teacher, and her father worked for an electric company. In 1985, she entered the Conservatoire de Tours with her sister and her brother, attending courses from the ages of 6 to 11. She studied music theory, specifically the violin, piano, guitar, and choral singing. In 1994, she moved to Bordeaux. In 1995, she took singing lessons and played sports for a year in Bordeaux. Erza Muqoli (born 21 September 2005) is a French singer known for having been a contestant on the ninth season (2014–2015) of M6's ''La France a un incroyable talent'' and a founding member (from 2015 to 2018) of the child pop group Kids United. Background Muqoli was born in Sarreguemines in the Moselle department. Her parents are ethnic Albanians from Kosovo; her family emigrated to France in the early 1990s. She is the youngest of four children. She studied piano and vocals at the Sarralbe music school starting at the age of 7. Kids United was a French singing group between 2015 and 2021 that consisted of six, later five, children born between 2000 and 2009. It was created to support UNICEF campaigns and is sponsored by Hélène Ségara and Corneille , two Francophone singers.
