Åsa Lönnqvist is a Swedish retired football player who played in the defender position who played for the Sweden women's national football team and Tyresö FF. Career She represented Sweden at the 1995 FIFA Women's World Cup, 1999 FIFA Women's World Cup as well as the 1996 Summer Olympics and 2000 Summer Olympics. Tyresö Fotbollsförening is a Swedish football club in Tyresö, a municipality in Stockholm County. The club was founded in 1971 and is primarily known for its main women's team, which competed in the top-tier league Damallsvenskan in the 2010–2014, 1993–1996 and 1999 seasons, winning the Swedish Championship in 2012.
