Vergina (Greek: Βεργίνα, Vergína) is a small town in Greek Macedonia, part of the Veroia municipality in Imathia, Central Macedonia. Vergina is best known as the site of ancient Aigai (Ancient Greek: Αἰγαί, Aigaí, Latinized: Aegae), the first capital of Macedon.
