Preikestolen or Prekestolen (English: 'Pulpit Rock' or 'Pulpit') is a tourist attraction in Strand Municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. Preikestolen is a steep cliff which rises 604 metres (1,982 ft) above Lysefjorden.
