Pomerania (Polish: Pomorze [pɔˈmɔʐɛ] ; German: Pommern [ˈpɔmɐn] ; Kashubian: Pòmòrskô; Swedish: Pommern) is a historical region on the southern shore of the Baltic Sea in Central Europe, split between Poland and Germany.
