Gătaia (Hungarian: Gátalja; German: Gataja, archaically Gotthal; Serbian: Гатаја, romanized: Gataja) is a town in Timiș County, Romania. It administers five villages: Butin, Percosova, Sculia, Șemlacu Mare, and Șemlacu Mic.
