Epiprocta, also called Epiproctophora, is one of the two extant suborders of the Odonata, which contains living dragonflies (Anisoptera), as well as Epiophlebioptera, which has a single known living genus Epiophlebia.Crown group Epiprocta first appeared during the Early Jurassic.
