Alqosh

Alqosh (Syriac: ܐܲܠܩܘܿܫ, Jewish Babylonian Aramaic: אלקוש, Arabic: ألقوش, alternatively spelled Alkosh, Alqoš, or Alqush) is a town in the Nineveh Plains of northern Iraq, a sub-district of the Tel Keppe District situated 45 km north of the city of Mosul.
