Teneo is a public relations and advisory company providing strategic communications, financial advisory, restructuring, and management consulting services to corporations, financial institutions, and governments. The company was founded in 2011 by Declan Kelly, Paul Keary, and Doug Band.

As of 2025, Teneo operates in more than 40 offices worldwide with over 1,600 employees. The firm is majority-owned by CVC Capital Partners and has been valued at approximately $2.3 billion.

Today the company is led by Chairwoman Ursula Burns and CEO Paul Keary.
