Quiche

Quiche ( ) is a Frenchtart consisting of a pastry case filled with savory custard and pieces of cheese, meat, seafood or vegetables. A well-known variant is Quiche Lorraine, which includes lardons or bacon. Quiche are served hot, warm or cold.
