ING Bank consists of two divisions: Retail Banking and Wholesale Banking (known as Commercial Banking until a rebranding in January 2016). Retail Banking covers retail and direct-banking services for individuals and SMEs in Europe, Asia and Canada. Wholesale Banking provided banking services such as lending, payments and cash management to companies, governments and financial institutions in more than 40 countries.
