In Greek mythology, Eurystheus (; Ancient Greek: Εὐρυσθεύς, lit.'broad strength', IPA:) was king of Tiryns, one of three Mycenaean strongholds in the Argolid, although other authors including Homer and Euripides cast him as ruler of Argos.
