Bosko is an animatedcartoon character created by animatorHugh Harman. Bosko was the first recurring character in Leon Schlesinger's cartoon series and was the star of 39 Looney Tunesshorts released by Warner Bros. Pictures; after Harman and Rudolf Ising left Warner Bros. with Bosko in 1933, he appeared in 9 Happy Harmonies shorts released by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer as its only recurring character. He was voiced by C. G. Maxwell, Bernard B. Brown, Johnny Murray, Philip Hurlic, and Eugene Jackson during the 1920s and 1930s and once by Don Messick during the 1990s. Pictures.
