Politics
The
2023 election was surprisingly won by
Vox, with the municipality bucking the trend of flipping to the
PP: in Rascafría the PP, as well as local parties AVRO and SRO, suffered a drop in support, with Vox and PSOE both benefitting.
The municipality has a Vox mayor, Óscar Robes, and rules in coalition with the PP.
Transport system
The only way to reach Rascafría is on bus lines 194 and 194A.
