Portland's western suburbs and exurbs, to parts of the Oregon coast. The district includes the principal cities of
Beaverton,
Hillsboro, and
Tigard, all located in the
Portland metropolitan area

Tillamook Counties, most of
Washington County excluding the extreme southeast, and a portion of southwest
