Biography


Education

He attended the National Education Commission High School in Stalowa Wola and graduated in 1998. In 2003, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the
University of Warsaw The University of Warsaw (, ) is a public university, public research university in Warsaw, Poland. Established on November 19, 1816, it is the largest institution of higher learning in the country, offering 37 different fields of study as well ...
. In 2006, he completed postgraduate studies in European Law at the same university. In 2016, he earned a PhD in legal sciences, specializing in European law, with a dissertation titled The European Standard of Equality and Polish Law, Substantive and Institutional Aspect, supervised by Mirosław Wyrzykowski. In 2021, he qualified as an attorney.
