Gymnastics career

At the 2019 Romanian Junior Championships, she won the all-around bronze medal behind Sfiringu and Stănciulescu. Then at the senior-level Romanian Championships, she won a silver medal on the balance beam behind Stănciulescu. Trică started her senior career in 2020. In November, she made her senior debut at the Romanian Championships.
