As in the 2022 plan, it covered parts of Guadalupe (70 precincts) and Apodaca (93 precincts). 2005–2017 :Under the 2005 districting plan, the district covered 157 precincts in the north of the municipality of Guadalupe, with the remainder of the municipality assigned to the 11th district.
